Getting
Started

Is WithWine.com easy to use?

Amazingly easy!  Before we release new features we test them out on our mothers to make sure we haven’t gotten too techy.

Do you have local support?

Absolutely.  We are an Australian business with Australian staff who have Australian accents and are awake during Australian business hours.

Do you offer setup and training?

We sure do. We can be as hands off or hands on as you need and our Save plan has setup and training included!

Will I need to worry about software upgrades and updates?

Nup! WithWine is what we call Software as a Service (SaaS) and the best thing about SaaS is that it’s continually being improved and updated by us without you needing to do a thing. 

How do I pitch my Tasting Site to customers?

It’s really easy you say: Before we begin our tasting, a lot of our customers get frustrated when they get home and can’t remember any of the wines they enjoyed… so we have a Tasting Site you can use to keep track of what you’ve tried and liked and record your tasting notes.  Just go to ________.withwine.com on your device.”

How quickly can I be up and running?

You can be up and running with a Tasting Site with eCommerce and POS in less than an hour. 

Payment

Do you charge commission?

No, we don’t charge commission. Because the payment gateway is built into WithWine (rather than being a separate service linked to WithWine), we do pass on to you the payment processor’s Payment Gateway Fees that they charge us.  To see what those fees are, please refer to our Pricing page.
